* Severe abdominal pain or persistent painful swelling of the abdomen

* Vomiting for more than 24 hours

* Diarrhoea not responding to your usual medication

* Bleeding from the back passage

* Weight loss

* Persistent tiredness and fatigue

* A change in bowel habit, (e.g. diarrhoea to constipation or constipation to diarrhoea)

* Side effects or any unusual reactions from your medications as highlighted in the appropriate information sheets
